How do i take off the front bumper thingy

My my other half has gone back home i have time to play with my car now,i want to take off the chrome bumper thingy on the front,can sum1 tell me how this is done before i have a go

I say, the actual bumper? Well, there is 6 bolts to undo, 2 per guard and 4 on either side of the chassis rail. The ones on either side of the chassis rail are a pain and can break very easily.

The whole bumper im after,i dont like they break easy tho,that sux

Spray the buggers with WD40/CRC, anything that can loosen rusted bolts. Let them sook overnight before trying to undo them
