    Post vb front suspension

Is there a key to removing the front springs out of my vb? Iv compressed the springs and now having trouble removing the top end plate and bearing. How do i get the nut off without the whole shock spinning around?

We use stilsens to hold the shocky, then use the rattle gun to undo the nut on top.

Rattle gun. Not sure I'd let stilsens anywhere near it though.

I recently done mine and used a step spanner i believe they are called its like a ring spanner but it is like a z shape at each end, then i just used a good sized flat screwdriver with a shifter on the handle in the slot on the end of the shock shaft lol.
