VH/VK Blue/Black Heads

I have acquired some early heads that have confused me a bit as I am pretty much up to the old style heads.
the part number on these heads are 9947423 which indicates early Vh/VK blue/black heads they have been ported and it seems like a very good job on a quick inspection.
These heads have got the 1.94 inlet and 1.6 exhaust valves with no "B" casting to be found although there is a number stamped onto the front of both of the heads and the number is "146" I've never seen this before has anyone else ever seen this?
Also they are fitted with Yella Terra platinum rollers part number yt6002 and after searching for these rollers everywhere I cant find a listing anywhere not even on the Yella Terra site itself so I'm assuming these were a special run for early girl heads.
Can anyone please identify these heads properly,or are they just run of the mill junkers.
