Speedo Troubles in VC...

Hey all..

Ive almost finished a full 202 engine, diff, struts, disks, exhaust
conversion on my starfire 4 vc. Yay

But im having alittle trouble with the new dash i got 4 the engines kms...
All the gauges work exept for the speedo...

It kinda works but it just goes from 0 to 160 back and forth like crazy when you drive... It's not like it's out or anything... lol.

Any suggestions on what i should do or what it might be?
The speedo cable spins fine.

Speedo cable pushed all the way in?
Check the speedo drive in the box, might not be sitting properly either.
Otherwise try another speedo.

It is all fixed.. Turned out it was the speedo itself.
