VK Power Steering

Hi,
im just about to put a new power steering rack in the VK, just wanted to find out how i go about changing the fluid without wrecking the pump, do i just bolt new rack in fill it up? or is there a special way of bleeding the system?

Fill it up, over fill it a bit... THe VK reservoir can be hard to see when its full or not.
Put it on stands, or on gravel, and run the engine and go full lock one way, for a second, then full lock the other for a second, and fill again. I do this two or three times, but it really should only need one, but better to be safe then sorry.
I had a heap of trouble with my power steering, it would constantly grind like their was no fluid though the reservoir was full, i cracked the ****s with it, and fill it near to the brim, ran the engine and it literally gurgled it then shut up, and sat back to normal level, was very odd.
