MY vh???

HEy ppl i got a white 253 vh with a 2.5" exhaust, genie extractors, fair lowered and vxss whells on it, and i wanted to make it look tougher. So i was just wondering if its illegal if i have the airfilter sticking out of the bonnet without a hood scoop?? thx

This will depend on your state really, but I the law is that it can poke out if it within a certain measurement, I think its not allowed to be raised (sticking out) by more then 2 inches, but dont quote me on that, its best to check it out with your local RTA.
