VK Cam Bearings

Hi Guys , Just wondering how to install cam bearings into a black 308 . Is there a special tool to use ? any info would be great .

Don't worry about it .... sort it out . Cut up an old trampoline and the leg pipe is the same size as the cam bearing .... softly tapped them in and all is good .
