Looking for SL/E in Melbourne

Hi, I'm new here to this site, however I reckognise alot of people from Cardomain.com. I'm hoping someone here can help me even though it's a long shot. My VC SL/E was on car domain too, Atlantis Blue, 308, TH700, had VR Clubby's Koni's etc. Anyway, I wrote it off and for familly reasons, sold it as a wreck about 12 months ago to a guy in Werribee (I think), the guy wanted it for the running gear only and said he was sending the car to the tip after. I've long since lost his number but I have found a 310 pack SL/E for sale, that needs resto, so i'm hoping to track down my car i sold. As i said, this is a long shot I know, but this guy was right into his early Commodores, and mine was one to remember, I'm hoping he has sold parts off it and someone knows of it?? hopefully??

Hey mate have you looked here click here there is a lot of good SL/Es there. Heck that 310 pack VB SLE would be a really good buy.

Thanks for the response. no go unfortunately. I new it was going to be a long shot tracking down my old car, unfortunately, I should have kept it. Trouble is if I buy this SL/E, I'm going to be doing it all over again from scratch, don't know if I can be bothered. i'll scan a few happy snaps of her and pop it online, can i post them here?
