    Default No Battery Power

    Hi guys,

Yesterday i was out just doing some little things with my car then i went to turn the ignition on and there was no power. I have checked the battery and followed the wire from the battery to the starter motor and then on to were it goes through the fire wall and it is all still connected.

I wouldn't have a clue what could be the problem but if anyone could give me some advice as what to look for that would be much appreciated.

    Cheers!

you probably had the ignition on mate...throw the battery on the charge.
You put you left foot in, your put your right foot in , you take your left foot out and you slide it all about!

Nah mate i swapped over the battery to a fresh one and it still didn't work.

Anyway i got the ignition to come on i just went through all the loose connections and fiddled a few wires and yeah it came on. But now i have another problem. When i go to start the car nothing happens, the ignition stays on and the lights on the dash go dull like normal but it just doesn't turn over, i hear a little click when i turn the key but thats it.

    Any ideas guys?

    Cheers

Sounds like you need to keep wiggling! Check the starter relay mate, you may have also blown a fusible link.

Hi again guys. The problem has come up again. I went to turn the ignition on today and again no power, i swapped the battery over to a brand new one and still no power. I am stumped lol, i don't know what the problem could be. Has anyone had the same problem before? I want to find the problem lol.

    cheers!

I'll look at all the fuses and that but last time it happened it just started working again so im not sure if it is a fuse, maybe a loose connection, i'm just not looking forward to checking all the connections lol

not a fuse...a fusible link. If it's a braided wire style then it may be burning out.
