VK Calais compressor f***ed

Hi guys

I was told my compressor is stuffed....went down to U-PULL-IT and grabbed a 2nd hand one. Now I want to chuck it into my car.

Any idea on how tough this is gonna be? I already have released the gas (green coloured stuff come out of the SUC pipe until i thought of disconnecting the DIS end)....I'm out to save me a few hundred bucks, because that's what I was quoted to fit the compressor and gas it up.

Can someone give me a hand? Cheers

LMAO hope that you dont get caught releasing the gas as its like a extremely big fine as far as i know lol

As far as changing one compressor for another, mechanically, just a straight swap?

Yes, just a straight swap. I would definitely replace the seal where the hoses connect to the compressor.
