hi just wanted to know what people can recommend suspension wise i need to upgrade mine and im planing on racing suspension or just some strong setup

In my VK I've used all Nolathane bushes throughout, Nolathane adjustable pan hard rod, Nolathane strut brace, Nolathane upper and lower trailing arms, King springs all round and Monroe shocks all round. Only driven it up and down the side street a few times so dunno how good it handles. Obviously not the best in suspension gear (there is better out there), but definitely should ride pretty good for another 10-20 years hopefully.
