Front sespension Help

Hi,
im about to replace the front shocks, springs and strut tops in the VK.
the only thing which im stuck on doing is the shocks, how do i get the old ones out and put the new ones in?

are you talking about inserts ? or did you buy the full strut ? If they are inserts they should unscrew somehow i think... maybe like a nut fitting to grip and turn ?

That will give you a good idea of what your doing. Its very similar for the VK, but anything your not sure of, just ask.
