Where do I find a VK VIN Number...

Ok I think I located the plate as per the ScottL's website But I can't track it as it is not 17 numbers, only 14.
Does anyone know if I have the right number here and where I can track it?

To be very picky, VK's dont have a VIN number, the have a holden ID plate which is often refered to as the VIN, but come rego time they want the chassis number (pre VIN model cars) which is stamped in the passenger side strut tower.

I actually found it yesterday afternoon, Someone had moved the plate onto the chassis above the radiator I tried tracking it yesterday and can't do it coz theres not 17 number only 14...Does anyone know where you can track these number & Letters via the Plate or by engine/chassis numbers?
