    Default VK:overhaul

hey guys i wanna do a complete overhaul of my VK its white atm got HDT front bar skirts and bonnet scoop i need the wing and rear bar, when i get the rest of the body kit i will paint the car full respray engine bay going to be polished aluminium

ive got a VN 5 ltr to go on it does anyone know what else ill need to change out when i put in the 5 ltr? a mate of mine reckons put it on straight gas and put two super chargers on it to get 1200 HP at the wheels? can anyone ack this up with proof or some sort of professional opinion

i want to lower it supe low springs any advice on brands? as far as quality? after the suspension is done ill put 19s or maybe 18s on it im hoping disc brakes all round as far i know its only got discs on the front drums on the back

i want to change the interior im thinking VT interior the dash will have to be cut the seats shouldnt be to much trouble but carpeting and doors could be costly, has anyone done this before or something similar approx costs and such, pics? any help would be greatly appreciated

VT front seats will fit directly just need to make adapter seat rails, Personally I would retrim & foam the back seat to resemble the VT ones.
As for dash it would need to be cut down & re-vynl covered there used to be a company in sydney Department of Interior but they sold their vacumn wrapping machine so i dont know who else would do it now.
Carpeting is cheap buy your carpet from Knox auto carpets their quality is excellent & service to back it up unlike trufit who falsly advertise onepiece carpets whent hey dont have a machine that can actually do a onepiece, Know also used died yarn ontheir carpet rather than diing it once made.

I would look at aonter model than VT with less bulky door trims as setting up the air vents will be tricky.

    cheers

why not have a look around see what dashes you like the VT dash is doable but you need to think of things like air vents, speedo etc.
