Need a suggestion for paint colour

Hi Guys,

My original plans have been screwed up for the VK wagon, was going to paint it in Voodoo Blue but apparently cant get it in acrylic , dont really want to paint it in 2pac as dont have access to booth etc..

So am open for ideas... would like to get a couple of 250ml samples this arvo so i can spray a couple of guards over the weekend and see what it looks like...

Any help would be sweet..

purple of some sort a dark one i think vk's look hot in that or black if you could live with

im a massive fan of the bright colours, canary yellow, hothouse green, anyhting with serious bite to it looks good on any car

Agreed a dark purple, looks ****ing hot on VK's. A littie bit darker then Cadbury purple.
That dark Group A/3 Blue is alright to if you want blue.

bright blood orange,looks awsome lime green and how about that purple vr to vs club sports had i think its phantom purple not sure

I was thinking something along the lines of something close to Lambo orange, or the purple that i've seen on some VY SS's cant remember what the hell that was called..

I seriously think this is the hardest decision of the whole car..

The suggestion of the Devil Yellow is an intersting one, anyone know if that's a flat colour or mica? also anyone know the code?

Gun metal grey personally but as I can see your looking for colours rather than shades may I suggest a nice dark blue

The purple your thinking of is Cosmo, and no, please no!

Not sure if its a mica, but it looks pretty flat to me. Also check the yellow on VZ SSs cause its similar (if its not the same)

Stealthy, dunno why i ever doubted ya mate... Devil Yellow looks bloody awesome on it!!!!
I thought the blood orange looked good til I sprayed the yellow

Bit of an updated pic, dont think i have any finger prints after 4 days of sanding. Engine bay just needs clear and its done, am not 100% happy with the rear quarters, think there is too many layers of the old paint to feather off correctly and can see a line where i've sanded thru, so am contemplating taking them back to metal unless someone has another suggestion.

I like WRX Blue, its a nice colour which stands out but at the same time is not to over the top

i have lost count of the yellow vk/vls out there at the moment, went to Easterners ova weekend and most of them models where yellow of some kind, even on streets in Melbourne yellow is getting popular. I'm a red girl so orange is the next best i guess. but let me just say its looking good.

lol, but seriously. i know he has already made up his mind and started spraying, and i know he wasnt wanting enamel, but has anyone seen the new lexus white on white pearl!?!

omg it is the nicest white EVER. normally pearls make the base kinda 'yellowy' but they managed to get a pure white color and in the sun its just beautiful

lol... Ill have to look out for it, Im interested. I have two white sedans, and it has its good and bad points. No one will ever recognise you in a white sedan, so when you wave to someone you get a blank stare, on the plus side when you dont want people to see you its not hard to go for a drive incognito lol.
