    Default 253 v 308 heads

What is the difference between the heads on a Blue 253 compared to a 308?
My mates in the middle of rebuilding a 308 but he has been told the heads a stuffed. I have a pair still on a destroyed 253 (the heads had been done for gas 2000km ago) Is it worth pulling them off to fit on to his 308?

253 heads are better in a way on a 308 block the rev range is higher and you can then sit on the treads for longer and better take off the line k man
