or if you want to swap to delco ecu like the vn runs and do away with the stupid flap airflow meter check out sammy's site Sammy's Old Holdens Website & Forums yes it is different than the one above make sure you have the www. or you wont find it.or there are some more details on dizzy mods and delco conversions for the delco ecu on the 202 here Delcohacking.net much better than stock 202 efi ecu
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
Ok
You need
Fuel tank & pump EFI VK or VL I would go VL due to the unleaded fillerneck
Fuel Pump & Brackets
Fuel pump block off plate that bolts on your engine block where your current fuel pump is now
Fuel return line & EFI fuel line would be handy as well as its slightly different.
EFI rubber fuel line (yours needs to be replaced wont handle pressure)
Electronic Dizzy
Engine wiring harness
Fuesbox wiring harness & the special EFI VK relay
Computer
Injection manifold
Injectors
fuel rail
fuel pressure regulator
Throttle body
EFI VK extractors the original cast iron headers are no good. The stock VK EFI extractors are really good with a couple of mods work exceptionally well.
Engine sensors there are 3 one on the thermostat housing, 2 on the head. make sure you get the adapter for the coolant temp sensor on the head.
EFI VK head , you can bolt up onto a carbie head but you will need to block off the EGR ports on the head.
Cold start valve located down near the dizzy with the air pipe that goes with it. there is also another ported vacumn switch on the bock near the cold start valve.
Airbox, Air flow meter & intake pipe.
Cut the airbox mounting brackets from doner car
Get the mounting brackets for the charcol caniser they are different also and yours needs to be relocated
Get the alternator/powersteering bracket as yours has an airpump where the EFI doesnt
I think i have covered parts
If your using a carbie 202 block you need to drill a small hole for the ported vacumn switch in the block, also fit the fuel pump bnlock off plate while the engine is appart.
If you need wiring diagrams, hose diagrams I have everything
cheers
Scott

thanks mate, i appreciate it
i am using a black motor, so is this dizzy right for the job and i have a set of extractors on it already with they fit or will i specifically need the efi headers?
black or blue dissy will work if your getting one out of a wreck check that the vac advance works by sucking on hose and make sure theres not too much play in the rotor shaft

I have a loom I modified to fit my EST. Its fairly easy to do. I was going to mount the EFI computer in my original speaker hole with the extra relays mounted beside it. The loom is all pretty self contained I just added my own six pin plug and wired the supply voltages and relays into that.
