Pedders XA coilvers vs HSD Coilovers vs others

hey guyz.

wondering if anybody has coilovers on there VE SS ?

if so..how do you rate them compared to just lowered springs / stock setup

lookin at eithe rbuying coilovers but they are expensive...
to just buying sport shocks and leave the lowered springs..

I love them
100% better then stock spring setup and being able to change the stifness settings at the drag track are useful for me

I just got the Pedders Extreme XA Coilovers put in last Friday. They are insane. Best handling now. My only issue is that when they were installed my car was lowered to much and it scrapes on speed bumbs. I am avoiding speed bumbs for the next couple of weeks until the set up sags so i can get a better idea of what i want to adjust the height to. If u had this issue when u got springs and shocks u would have to buy a whole nother set rather than just adjusting them. Also the hard/softness setting is so easy to change.

How much did you get yours lowered.
I got mine 25mm front and 40mm back.
Im alrighter over most things but i always take speedbumps on a angle just to be carefull

Mate i couldnt tell you what it got lowered. Its about 10mm above the 19" wheel rim (about half covering the tyre and front is similair however slightly higher maybe 5mm. The chassis right below where is sit scrapes heaps more that the front bumper. I will get it raised once the suspensuion sags a little more. The guy at pedders said it will sag 1 inch from when i got it

It shouldnt sag. Ive had mine for a while now and they are the same hight as the day i got them
Im about 120mm off the ground on the side skirt so would probably be about 110mm under the ehaust
