how low do you want it? my old car was 90mm above the ground (100mm was the legal limit "damn front lip) i hated it!!! it looks awesome but in sydney the roads are really bad. They can't even do even surface.

Airbags will be the way to go if you really want to dump it. If not then go for coilovers?

how to get them lower

Leave it in a bad suburb so the rims get flogged and it get's left sitting on the brake rotors????

But seriously ... how low do you want this thing??? Are you happy to sacrafice handling, drivability and risk constant attention from the boys in blue?

You have 3 options:

Lowered springs ... 70mm is the lowest I've seen ... and that's low. Can't go lower without some super short shocks.

Coilovers ... but then you'll get busted for them if you have it too low all the time and draw attention to it.

Airbag ... expensive, but your only option if you want to leave it parked dumped in the weeds, and be able to drive it all the time.

These were at the SA All Commodore day a couple of weeks ago ... running airbags. This the look you're after?

This is mine ... and it already scrapes on speed humps ... wouldn't want to go any lower for everyday driving:
