I have spent hours researching this and according to my friend Google it can be done as long as a few rules are followed.

What I would like to know is there anyone out there that has had this done and what problems did you encounter.

Any experiences would be helpful.

Thanks

Utilizing my OTR and dropping my IAT temp as the L98 MAF the IAT is in the MAF but with the LS7 MAF the IAT can be placed elsewhere. The current placement of the MAF it heats up quite alot.

I did see somewhere about a breakout lead which would allow you to move then use a external IAT with the L98 MAF, but I cannot find that page now.

Just trying to get a cooler inlet temp and still get a RAM effect. I am going to log IAT temp's as I try some other things first before I even attempt this.

VooDoo
MAF or MAFLESS - MAF only because of insurance, etc, etc. Hows the new 3inch ??

you do realise that it's been proven many times playing with the location of the IAT sensor doesn't make a kw of difference.
