I'd say if your tuner has topped it up and it has the same symptoms then it is almost certainly leaking from some where as trans fluid doesn't evaporate!

I have the VE Service Manual on DVD. If you PM me your email address I'll email you the Transmission section.

I lost some fluid while changing the radiator and want to top mine up as well.
Which side is the top plug before I jack the whole thing up.
Does the car need to be running to have the level to the plug correct or does it just need to be hot?
I have sealed trans on my Land Rover that has a specific way to set fluid level but I don't know anything about these transmissions.

If you're not familiar with the process get hold of a shop manual and read it rather than guessing.
If I was desperate I'd find the fill plug, undo it when cold checking that fluid doesn't run out, and pump 100ml of correct fluid in, replace plug and road test.

greenacc your post isnt very helpful.
I have since gotten a copy of a manual and the procedure is the same as my Land Rover.
If I had followed your advice I would have lost a great deal more fluid than I already have.
