    Default 9.5 wheels on back

If I lower my can with super lows will the 9.5" wheels scrub?

Are genuine 20" wheels all 9.5" wide on back?
And how do I know if there genuine?

Mine seem to scrub real bad on the road when I apply full throttle!
I think given the thousands of people that have used 9.5's you should be alright.
