    Default Jetski Trailer damage Grrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect weather for a ride today, reversed my car up the drive way to hook up my ski, when i pulled my jetski up to my towball i noticed my car was to far over, jumped back in to move it over and bang my ski had rolled forward and put a 5c piece size mark on my rear bumper from the threaded rod on the towbar hitch, was pissing me off that much looking at it i have covered it with some stickers, just after a few opinions from you guys wehther this is terrible looking or not?

I reckon the dent would have looked better, and that those stickers look preety gay is it behind the unit stickers or the southern cross, there's just too many on there

A piece of blue gaffer tape would look better than any of those stickers .... but that's just me

Seriously though , Get a mat that you would use at the gym (or any thick dense foam kinda thing) for stretching etc, cut a relief for the boot lock mechanism and let it hang out over your rear bar when hooking up the trailer. At least it would stop it happening again and you can just leave it in the garage when not in use.

Got a number for a local dent repairer so ill call him ASAP

Didnt get a pic of the dent, where the bar itself hit it didnt really cause any damage but the threaded rod that sticks out of the towhitch is what did all the damage, looks like someone put a piece of threaded rod against the car and hit it with a hammer about 2-3mm deep and the size of a 5c piece, it looks terrible (worse then the 2 round stickers anyway) but hopefully ill get the dent fixed as soon as i can, im one of the types that will park miles away from anyone to stop trolley and door dents

Thanks for the comments, i was so frustrated with doing the damage i just wanted to hide it, not realizing id actually made it look worse

Sometimes the guys on this site can be +2 sh!theads. I know exactly how you feel. I loaned a bass to someone who promptly dropped it on stage while showing off. Bloody has-been bass players! They should stay home. Everytime I see the 5 cent chip in the paint work it reminds me to never let anyone touch one of my basses. Perhaps you need to leave the celtic symbols on your bumper as a constant reminder to chock the wheels on your jet skis trailer. Otherwise, get onto evil bay and buy a reverse camera. Drill out the mark on the bumper and replace it with the reversing camera. Connect the camera to your GPS.

Just a random post,i have just looked up what faggorty means on urban dictionary

Faggorty: really gay banter with a nod to old fashioned victorian england
his lanuage was both profane and faggorty.
"i'd rather like to bum you old chap",
"jolly well my dear fellow, roger away"!
