Default New SS Ute 'Clunky' Clutch?

Hi guys, Just purchased myself a new 2010 VE SS Manual Ute. Ive recently noticed the clutch makes a clunk noise on release. The noise seems to be coming from under the hood. Im not sure if all this is just how the SS clutch is or something wrong. I can even put it in neutral and push the clutch in and out and the noise can still be heard. There is only 1,700km on the clock so its still a new engine.

I think I have that too. Just the sound of it engaging. It's normal.

Some people say less talk more action, i say more torque less traction.

Get used to it... I have the same thing on my SSV... My previous ride Mazda RX8 had a clunky clutch as well...

Yep same here, it's normal, the whole set up isn't the smoothest going around, but it does the job

Cheers for the quick replies. Yeah I kinda thought it was normal just wasn't used to it and wanted to double check. Definitely is a very springy clutch but as you said gets the job done.
