I've had a couple of instances of running my battery flat after not very much use...

Decided that the battery was due a change anyway so got a new one. It still had the original holden fitted battery. Upon taking it out, they had installed the battery for a V6 in my V8. That may explain the quick drain on the battery

If you still have the original battery.... go check

They did the same thing with my last bass guitar. They fitted five string strings to a four string model. Strings are strings, right? And Batteries are batteries, right? Wrong on both counts. Sorry you got stuck with the wrong battery dude.
