HELP PLEASE Left side blinker fuse keeps blowing

hey guys i just bought a ve omega im havin a little trouble with the left hand blinkers it was fine for a few days then it blew the fuse i went down to supercheap and got a pack of fuses and replaced it but everytime i got to turn the left indercator on it it blows it ive taking all the bolbs out and tryed it like that but it still has the same problem can any PLEASE HELP me i think i have a short but wouldnt have a clue where to look

Check of obvious stuff like water or damage, otherwise it may be the body computer..

make sure u replaced it with the correct amp fuse

yep i have replaced it with the same size 15amp fuse as i removed from it. god its shiting me is there a way to check the body
computer or am i best of just going to an auto elect

Check for corrosion in the bulb sockets, if it has a trailer plug open the plug up and make sure the wires havent come out of the sockets and are shorting out.

i checked the bulbs there fine i didnt think of the trailer plug but i will check that in the morning thanks

Sounds like the actual blinker stalk is the problem to me.

I FIXED IT i had a look where the trailer conections are and there was a wire that was resting on top of the exhaust
and melted to the exhaust i just cut it off cause im not going to be towing anything but it works fine now thanks guys

oh yeah and you saved me good money holden was going to charge $105 just to look at it so thanks again
