Anyone put the Chrome Boot Strip on SV6 or SS??

Got the Chrome Boot Strip off a calais for my SV6 and dunno how i am going to put it on because there are no holes in the boot for the clips?? do you have to drill new holes??

Go to holden and get plastic clips that hold the trim first


Align the moulding to your boot...mark the holes and drill them out (same size as hole size in the chrome strip)

should take under 10 min to do

yeah your dead on, ive got the clips

i just wasnt too keen on drilling into my boot.. was wondering if it would work with just double sided automotive tape??

you could use some double sided tape and a few dots of silicone/sikaflex...it would do the job too
