just fitted vcm otr very happy with results and looks but last thing to fit up was breather pipe which is plumbed to inner side of filter very unhappy with set up of this any one had this any tips for better fit
apparently the breather pipe needs to be re-run under all other pipes over the throttle, I didnt bother, I just went to Supercheap and bought some rubber tube, cut 3 inches of it, and made up the gap using the tube.
Mine keeps popping out of the otr lol i should fix it one of these days
yeah not good i thought straight away this is always going to pop out..unfilterd air straight to the motor,(sorry brand new motor) after all their work on this otr im a little pissed at this .Should be perfect seal to elliminate any ingress
One thing tho, where the breather connects to the motor i pulled that plastic bit a bit further way out and is all good so far
I cut the pipe near the throttle body and inserted some rubber hose.
Was a much better fit and once the engine cover was put back on it even looked factory.
IMO this is the worst part of the OTR, I gave this feedback (along with poor filtering, now fixed by VCM with the filter bracket) to VCM over 18 months ago..

Cool photo and thread.Well it looks like i have a new weekend project,It will take me all weekend because iam a lazy s**t and get easily distracted.![]()
The best thing to do is replace the factory PCV tube with a length of 3/8" fuel line.
First cut the plastic tubing off of the factory end elbow clip, attach the 3/8" line to that clip with a clamp, then push the other end after rerouting on to crank value, a perfect fit.
A great factory look.![]()
I keep forgetting to check mine. Was popping out every now and then but not looked for ages, guess i'll be doing that in 10 mins!
They are easy to fit.. biggest bitch..
Removing factory airbox over the screws
Putting the rubber coupling over the manifold.
