Got my figures from Salary packaging and Novated Leasing - Smartsalary

$55,290 plus $500 for paint plus $2,000 for sunroof (I know the last two as I ordered my SV6 and should have paid that) and the sunroof I asked about.

    So, $57,790 without any discounts

Not including the mods I'm getting the dealer to do, I'm getting mine for $48,990 drive away with prestige paint. The price is probably fairly dependant on the fact the car is 2010 plated & is Hazard (Yellow).

ok so 50 k to mid fifties with the options is about what im looking at??

prefer to do the tint myself.....darker than legal haha, mats are a must! cheers Johnsy

Also....is it possible to order them without the rear parking sensors???
I'd prefer my rear bumper to look nice and clean....I have a thing about parking sensors....I dont like the look of them at all

They're factory fitted, so you've got buckley's unless you're prepared to wait for one to be built. Can't see it saving any cash though.

parking sensors are ridiculous, hate that chirping noise when you chuck it in reverse. Overated crap!

haha SUS.SUV, apart from looking ugly, if you need parking sensors to park an ssv you really dont deserve to be driving one....i can imagine that noise will drive me nuts.....

tinsnips, you make a good point....dont really want to wait for one to be built, but it might give me a bit of time to save some more dosh haha

when theyre learning to drive in my ssv? haha

nah i understand where you are coming from, it's a good point, but ive managed not to reverse into anything (including children haha) without them so i really would prefer if they werent on my rear bumper purely for aesthetic value

if its going to be too much of a hastle though i may just have to accept it and make use of them aye?

sensors are handy for those going from a korean hatch to a SSV wagon. also handy for those who have neck problems or you are trying to see through those monster pillars in the wagon. I love em.

I wouldn't bother with an aftermarket alarm with tilt sensor unless you will be parking it in a side ally overnight in a seedy area... get a set of HSV lock nuts or two if you are paranoid and just make sure you have your
    insurance paid up in full

Ive seen the ssv on car sales with the redline pk inc @ 49990 2010. so without the redline but alowing for a 2011 model.. i would hope you could get one just under 50k...but prob not by much
