How to remove the front guard flasher?

Does anyone know how to remove the front guard flasher unit on a SV6?

I have a dead globe there and want to replace it with an LED bulb, but I'm not sure how to remove the flasher, and I can't find anything on the site about it.

Grip the clear part of the lens and "slide" the whole thing towards the front of the car a little. The rear end has a clip that will become free and you can lift that end out a little and pull the assembly out of the guard. Light globe/LED holder is a twist out job. As the old Gregory's service manuals say, "installation is reversal of the removal procedure"
