Detailing/washing problem

Hey guys/tinsnips

I just washed my mums car. Lexus with like a greyish colour.

I used to use WASH AND WAX

but tinsnips told me to get car shampoo. So i did.

First time used it YESTERDAY on mums car.

I then 3/4 dried it with a synthetic cltoh, then i sprayed the wax spray thing and used the same cloth to like polish it .

Ive used it on a white porsche and my green ve and nothing happened.

On my mums car, it left marks on various places on the car. Its hard to explain. Its like a rough looking mark, the mark left after u put real wax on a car

I used 2 different cloths to get it out but it doesnt seam to go.

HELP ME !

OH AND BTW if their is any PROFESSIONAL mobile car cleaning people you know or anything, near brisbane, Would appreicate it.
