    Default Walkinshaw rear resonators

Was at ozzy tyres yesterday checking out the Vertini magic wheels for the Calais V...very tempted in black over the grey Breyton GTS id already decided on. Anyway, its the same business as Formula Tech performance so got talking bout tunes and what not. I told him I wanted a OTR and tune but didn't want a full exhaust system due to noise/drone and he offered me rear Walkinshaw resonators for $995.
Has anyone had these installed and can offer info on exhaust note and loudness. Also, that seems pretty pricey just for mufflers??

That is pretty pricey for a set of rears. But everything walkinshaw is pretty pricey. If you like the sound of the walky mufflers, try costing a set of Perry rear mufflers - they're the same product, just without being re-branded.

I've seen sets of Walkinshaw mufflers with the billet tips sell on ebay for about half that.

The perry branded ones would probably come without tips - so you can have any tips you like fitted (3.5inch stainless is the go!)

No. Perry make them exclusively for Walkinshaw.
