can someone tell me what a patch harness is and what it does cause my car apparently cant go without it??

Sounds like something electrical like a wiring harness......you should ask who told you u need it and what it does/used for

ok according to a quick Google search it's a harness that connects between your ECU and the cars factory harness (like a bridge in between) so you don't have to cut into the factory wires you just tap in in this patch harness.......y you need one tho is beyond me though what are you having done to your car
