    Default VE SSV Headlights

hi guys, im curious, with the SSV headlights, are you able to move the reflector i guess youd call it freely inside the housing?

Ive purchased some, and returned and this is the second set that seem to do it?

if you can imagine, i can reach behind the light and move the bulb, (which is firmly attached) and it moves the whole sort of lens around inside the housing, thus moving the beam very easily.

if its how it is meant to be thats just S*&T, but guessing not..
can anyone help to confirm or deny this is the case?
