    Default VE Dash Gauge Pod.

I was just wondering if anyone has one of those dash gauge pods to suit the VE.
If so where did you find it?
I've looked on EBay and they have lots of vy ones and only a few ones for the VE, but they look cheap and nasty.
Also are they hard to install? Like does that top panel just pop out?

    Any feedback would be great.

    Thanks

there you go.. look here. can help with all you need for your car.

not had to install.. the top panel clips out. as your centre speaker is under it.. sounds crap anyway. most ppl remove this speaker. doesnt really do anything.

    Nice, thanks man.
I looked here but I couldn't find these packages.
Yeah that centre speaker is shitty, like 70s style. It always destorts..

I have SS inductions one with two Aeroforce gauges. I like these ones simply because they face the driver

    I even have a spare one ;-)

Yeah I saw the ss induction ones too. Do your gauges change colour of you press them?
I've seen ones that have either red, blue, green purple back lights all in one

No they are just red and black and match perfectly with my SSV dash. They are scan gauges and kind of blend really nicely with the other digital gauges in the centre of the dash

I wanted GloShift gauges that do what you want but are only available in imperial

    some pics of mine.

The good thing about scan gauges is that you only need to mount the gauges in the pod and run the cable to obd11. Not too much mucking around with trim removal

    Thanks mate

But honestly, if I can do it anybody can. I really have no idea about cars... But in 3 years of ownership and some great guidance I have learnt how to do things myself. Probably wouldn't attempt major mech stuff but trim stuff has become easy... Especially with a workshop manual
