I'd be Very surprised if it didn't since they are the same car underneath ... I just wonder about the speakers ( i think the Calais has a few more than the Omega ) so i wonder if the Omega has all the cutouts for the extras ? and do you have power windows in the back ? On shte whole it should be plug and play - just make sure you bring the wiring for the extras from the calais just in case.

Are you getting all the bits on the cheap? I'd be more inclined to take the route of re-trimming what you have an making it better than a calais - or... buying a calais - unless, like I said, you're getting the bits on the cheap.

    probably........... but why?

you would likely have to change ALL the wiring to suit a calais as well. - probably the heater core (or whatever the equivalent is in VE's) too

...But if you were then upgrade to a Calais or just re-trim and have a custom interior. Save heaps 'n' heaps of $$$
