    Default Sv6 super charger

I have seen this mentioned a couple of times but still no detriment answers on the fact that some1 here has done it. I am lookin at vortech v2 for my sv6. I would like to kno other mods that would be recoended b4 the forced induction. Also if any 1 has dyno numbers, fuel consumption. And b4 any body says it I don't want a v8.

    Cheers all

Depends on how much power you want and boost you wanna run, but low boost all you should need is injectors, you won't get much power but you will get bucket loads of torque and that's what wins races.
Also if it's an auto it will need a shift kit to handle the torque.
    Have you considered turbo?

You will not get bucket loads of torque with a vortec - they're a centrifugal supercharger.

I sent them a message questioning them on it. See what they come back to me with. But I am still looking for some who has done it

Usually you're better off ringing them, that way you're guaranteed a response.

That dyno run is done in second gear - try 3rd or 4th gear for a realistic value.
If you go the path of the centrifugal supercharger I reccomend a raptor - they're cheap, easy to install, reap good returns and are a lot of fun. I managed just shy of 500nm ( 3rd gear dyno run) and 237rwkw. A Turbo setup will provide more power/torque but cost twice as much to set up at least.

Proflow only does a single turbo for a manual. They haven't had the chance to do it on an auto yet. And for a price tag of $7000
