was wondering how many people on here actually have 1 of the limited VE Berlina's with the 6L's in them??

been lookin round trying to find some for sale but to no avail does any1 have any other information bout what kinda specs they have and what the calais/-V have over them??

I almost bought one, but went for the standard calais instead. Pretty sure that's why they don't make them anymore, very similar to the calais.

VE Berlina Standard Equipment: As for Omega, plus: Side Impact Airbags (SIAB), Bluetooth wireless communications, 17x7 inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps, leather wrap steering wheel, Rear Park Assist, 6 disc in-dash CD player with MP3 compatibility, 7 speakers, dual zone electronic climate control. From March 2008, also added: Curtain airbags.

VE Calais Standard Equipment: As for Berlina, plus: Curtain airbags, Sports Suspension, projector headlamps, leather wrap gear selector, 9 speakers, 6.5" colour LCD multifunction display.

jonp, did u spend time looking for yours or just grabbed it when you first saw it pop up??

I was looking for either a Berlina or a Calais (I did not want spoilers etc as on a SS). I like the sleeper look. Given I will end up replacing the suspension and speakers, a Calais provided me no major advantage over a Berlina. Do not get me wrong, I would prefer a Calais over a Berlina if it had the same kms travelled and for the same price but not prepared to pay a lot extra for one (project head lights would be nice). The Berlina just came up. It was a colour I liked a lot and had leather interior as a bonus. I have only had it 2 weeks. I saw the ad online on a Tuesday and bought it the next day. Very happy with the purchase. I wonder how many VE V8 Berlinas where produced. I think they only made the V8 option available on VE Berlinas for about a year.

Hey I have a ve berlina v8 2006 model an my hubby has a 2009 ss sports wagon his is manual an mine auto but my car has soo many more extras than te ss I have climate control reading lights all sorts of different stuff, also my car sits nice an low factory! An his sits like a 4wd my car handles heaps better. I f*#n luv her great cruiser an great for a bit of fun thought about selling her a few times but u can't find nothing to compare to her for te money we bought her for an I ain't goin for a v6 again
