    Default iPod/iPhone factory integration kit from JHP?!

    Am I the only one who missed this??? Anyone got this installed? Anyone installed it them selves?

    You need to have their SSV radio upgrade kit put in first - e.g. the one with a colour screen. $1747 installed or delivered.

    Once you have had that done then you can purchase this new ipod/iphone connectivity kit and install it. $687 supplied and fitted



    In other words, $2434 (wallet rape) to be able to play ur iphone/ipod on the screen - or better yet, invest that money in something a lot better (performance) and use the aux cable with a good playlist whilst keeping your eyes on the road where they belong

    Products: iPhone/iTouch interface cables and modudules i tihnk they only charge like $60 or something around that for it.

    just looked at there online store and they charge $51 for it

    I too have a calais v so already have the premium headunit.

    And those other kits don't allow for full headunit control of the iPhone. Just charge and supply audio.

    A VIM (vehicle in motion) kit is simply enables you to watch something (ipod etc) on the screen while the vehicle is in motion (otherwise will cut out at around 2km/h)

    And it's also a 450$ upgrade from JHP so really the iPod connection is 150$

    The above 2 ipod kits do not support Ipod video.....

    I have a mate who has this, As long as you havnt got rear screens then it is simple and easy. He was happy with it, that's why I purchased it for my bro for xmas, but now his selling up so money down the drain... (Hense why im selling it)

    Sounds good as mines a ute - just not sure if it wil install as I have external amp and not sure how it's plugged in etc and whether this plugs in where the amp already is connected

    Are you planning on installing it urself? Should be fine thow, you have to hard wire it into the head unit and it should all run off that.... Send me a msg if ur interested
