Delivery delay on Thunder Ute
A mate of mine has been waiting for 5-6 weeks for delivery on a new V8 thunder ute 6L
Anyone else having the same delay ?
yep, i ordered mine in the first week of june. dealership said they couldn't get any (regardless of colour) from other dealerships so they had to build one from the factory (SS thunder). just arrived this week and there putting my options on it now.
I ordered mine on the 24th july, my delivery date is 30th september... must be a few orders in the making.
Ordered mine (SS thunder) on the 6th of July and the estimated delivery date to the dealer is 23rd of August, getting antsy :P
Guess the good thing is guys you know she's brand new straight from the factory and ain't been sitting around in a show room.
Also does this mean there is a wait on the normal utes to cause there pretty much the same just different seats and badge?
update: mine just arrived at the dealer
Maybe their is a shortage of "ner ner ner ner ner" badges.
My factory ordered SV6 arrived with 000003km on the clock. They don't get any fresher than that.
Better than one sitting at the dealer having trade plates thrown on it and every loser test pilot flogging the cr@p out of it
