    Default OTR - Ramjet, Russo, or VCM

    gday got a 08 ve ssv ute and lookin at putting an otr cold air intake on keeping the maf.. just wondering what anyones thoughts on the best were? At the moment im leaning towards Russo?

    who's doing you work? If it is a particular shop, they generally have a preference for a couple as they get consistent results.

    The VCM and the Ramjet seem to be the most popular at late. The DUS is also very popular. The thing I dont like about the Russo is how much the radiator has to lean over

    id go the vcm or dusspeed otr, pretty much the best 2 on the market i reakon

    Now Saving for a Harrop HTV2300 Supercharger kit!

    VCM - FTW! you can install yourself easily enough.

    You'll need a tune too.

    If u get the MAF version of the VCM a tune isnt required, i didnt get one when i put mine on and went well, no problems

    Yeah mate easy as, they come with all the instructions, i took my time doing it nice and slow to get it right the first time and havnt had any trouble at all, work well!

    I got vcm with maf left in, headers 3 inch exhaust and tune - 267rwkw - very happy with it - I don't know much about cars I'm afraid but I understand a tune is really needed to get the best out of the mods
