As your rim size is increasing as long as you decrease the side wall profile of your tyre so the total diameter of the wheel stays the same you will be fine.
I'm sure your tyre man will be happy to help out
Search Google for a tyre size calculator to find out what size you need

Nope, provided you use a 245/45R18 tyre.

Did the same on my VY 1 ton had the 16" S pack rims with light 4wd tyres & replaced with 18" 2008 Caprice rims & tyres was perfect rolling diameter compared to originals.
Checked with my GPS & with in 4k's which is considered acceptable.

FlashBack, I'll be interested to hear what you think of the conversion:
I'm considering it, but I'm in no hurry.
Given the extra cost of large-diameter tyres, I'm wondering if the improvement (if any ?) is worth the dollars ?
