I serviced my Berlina much prior to the 36,000 and now it is too early for the next service.
When I check the manual, what it says is the warning is reset during service.
I wanted to know if there was a way around that and whether I could reset it myself.
The warning comes every time I turn the ignition on.
Thanks for all your help.
search it or google it mate, it's easy to do - and Write it down so you don't forget the sequence .... I always forget how to do it and have to goooogle it again lol.
That one has been asked twice in the last two days alone. There are A LOT of threads on it.
60,000k service reminder
VE service reminder reset
(also, I'm not trying to be an arsehole - but 'Ennoying' is actually spelt with an A - which is really annoying).
ok, i will then.
ffs... "service warning" typed into advanced search gets like 50,000 results.... why is it that people dont even bother searching these days? is it lack of intelligence or lack of consideration?
and #### apologising for ranting on, but for godsake you didnt even have to search- the answer was on the very first page because some other moron didnt bother to search either!!
here's every single animation I could select that accurately potrays my feelings at this very moment...
overreaction? maybe. but next time..... SEARCH FIRST!!!!!!!!
good evening and good night
p.s. hold trip button while turning ignition on. Release trip - press and hold enter at least 3 seconds. Job done.
