Holden IQ Bug

Hey guys,

I own a VE SS Series 2 and I've noticed with the IQ system if your listening to the FM radio say on 105.9 (my local station) and then change to media type for example CD or iPod whatever and then turn the car off when you hop back in or turn it back on the radio will have reset it's self to a default AM station! It's not just my car we checked a few at the dealership they all do the same thing. Very annoying, no big deal just annoying hope Holden brings out an update. Anyone else noticed this annoying problem? You would think that when you go back to radio it would be on the station you left it on...

And yes I've had the update that Holden put out when they first came out. It's a feb 2011 build.

I think you will find this is not really a bug, just bad design. When you press the radio button it cycles through AM then to FM. So all you need to do is press the radio button again and it should go to the last FM station it was tuned to.

Mine does it too, and I don't listen to am. Very annoying

Yea it's just annoying, I don't use AM either, very rarely anyway. Hopefully Holden sort it out in the next IQ software update.

yes very annoying problem, but as said, just hit radio again and it will go to the first FM station there.

another extremely annoying thing with the stored CDs, if your listening to one album on random, then get out get back in start her up, it randoms the CD's and your listening to a new CD, very annoying when you get out half way through a good CD, have tried pausing it before i shut it down, cant remember if that worked or not....
