    Cool Soft Tonneau

    hey boys
took my hardcover off today, wanted to use the soft one but couldnt get it on properly..
wouldnt go over the locators for the hardcover on the sailplanes..
    are they even removable?

Genuine hardcover? One piece or 3 piece? If its 3 piece the soft cover isnt designed to fit over the extra mouldings...

3 piece has the extra mouldings at the front of the tray that the lid fits into on each side.

the pieces that sit on each side which the hardcover sits on around the sail plane are removable and will need to be removed to fit the soft cover but they are siliconed on as not to leak water you will need to cut the silicon while pulling the pieces up off the car just take ya time go slow so you dont break them. if you put them pack on you can sit them there loose but to do it properly you need to re silicon them.

what a joke, you'd think they'd put some effort into making them not leak without using silicone hey,
I dunno if I wanna use the soft one that bad, because I will want to put the hardcover back on at some stage
my luck I'd pull them off then put them back on and it would leak haha
