Hey everyone, im new so i dont have any idea where to post this but i think i chose the right place haha.
I recently bought a 60th anniversary omega and im wanting to do something to it to make it a bit more unique and individual, nothing to improve performance or anything cause im only on my p's and im not a massive hoon or anything. just wondering if anyone has any ideas for new rims or tail light lights. i was looking at the ssv tail lights or even some LED tail lights i saw on ebay. any ideas and/or photoshops of ideas would be greatly appreciate. the colour is blue-grey and it also has a spoiler
thanks in advance
Don't get led tailights
They are gay
go to Holden Commodore Parts | New Holden Parts CRATE ENGINE and Crate Motor | Holden parts Holden Surplus | HSV Mag wheels | COMMODORE PARTS | Surplus GMH Parts | HSV alloy wheels, Chevrolet Grilles | HSV brakes and Holden brakes for HSV Parts | NEW SURPL and find some cheap deals on tailights
yeah i was reading this forum about a week ago and saw that site, is it worth the extra $240 to get the genuine ssv tail lights or save myself some money and get the replica, does anyone know if the quality of the product is dramatically different?
they look the same but people that got aftermarket ones noticed that stop light is pink and not red...
this can be resolved by getting some red globes to improve it, but apparently it still isn't a 100%
my worry would be whether after-marked ones are ADR approved ?
if not... you're risking you insurance claim denied if somebody rear ends your car and alleges that your illumination was not good
Insurance companies will do everything NOT to pay you if that's the case
Realistically you'd have to be very unlucky for this to happen but I would not risk thousands to save couple of hundred bucks
i dropped the SSV tailights on and headlights.
I have the fake lights and they are fine as long as you chuck in some red LED lights
Red LED break lights?

money isnt a huge issue so i think im better off just going with the genuines, prefer that than the hassle of getting new globes and fitting them etc. any ideas on new wheels?
mmmmm not too sure about the 2 colours, id prefer all black or something, thanks for the ideas thoughanymore ideas and photo examples would be greatly appreciated
