Default Gen TT or ASE TT kit? or Supercharger?

Just been doing a bit of searching on the intermaweb and starting to like the idea of a twin turbo kit over a PD blower I had in mind, seems like a whole heap more power and nicely hidden too.. my Q's are:
    1) is it possible to pass rego etc with a TT kit on a VE SS in NSW
    2) has anyone on here have either a gen TT BB kit or ASE TT kit on their VE SS/HSV
    3) drivability around town and on long distance drives, fuel consumption
    4) what are you thoughts on Turbo's over Blowers on a V8

open to all thoughts or experiences

    cheers

Yes, but you will need a engineers certificate
    2) has anyone on here have either a gen TT BB kit or ASE TT kit on their VE SS/HSV
Have a look on ls1.com, heaps of fellas on there
    3) drivability around town and on long distance drives, fuel consumption
Dont boot it and you'll be fine

Personally after working on cars with GenTT kits I would not even consider them. Also worked on an ASE fitted car and the quality was so much nicer in every way.
Cheap, fast, reliable.....you only get to choose two.

That's the second time I've heard that about gen TT kits, the ASE kits look pretty solid on their website, bit more coin but I guess quality has it's price.. Cheers mate

Ok so I call up a few tuners and its bit of a f*ck around for emission test and engineers cert etc .. If anyone knows how this all works or if there is a way around it ur help would be much appreciated.. They're saying I'll need a below standard turbo back exhaust (4x restrictive cats big mufflers etc) to pass an emissions test, then there is the noise test.. Does't help that the rules in the last year or so have gotten tighter.. But there must be loop holes otherwise people wouldn't be getting their cars done, right? Every day there's a new clip of a VE with turbo's hanging off of it!! Would the same rule apply to a PD blower??

    cheers
