hot dogs on ve commodore exhaust

I have a 2007 ssv commodore with 3 inch xforce pipes and was wondering if putting hotdogs in would make the car sound better & louder. Anyone done this?

Hey mate, im not too sure tbh. have a read at this recent thread Exhaust Help SSV UTE !! . Not_an_abba_fan is an exhaust specialest and as he said it does get louder i would believe him but maybe PM him for more questions?

i have a vy ss with hotdogs and rear muffler and it is louder than my dads ss witch has mufflers and straight pipes
