I have 2010 SSV ute - so projector headlamps etc
Already done the HID for fog lights and low beam and have the above bulbs for park lights but not fitted yet.
Are they any good? I ask as they are called "interior white light 4000k" but they seem oj to use - from my reading of posts etc some say they melt, are rubbish, crap out in a matter of months (or all 3) and don't use, but other posts say they are great
Can anyone help with their personal experience so I can decide yay or nay about putting them in?
i am using these in my car.. as have HID in all lights 6000k and wanted the parkers to match. would look a little strange 6000k and then a white parkers i have SSV projector lights. these parkers are a shade off blue. not white. and look good.. will try to take some night pics to show
5 SMD LEDs T10 Parking Light White but there actaully a light blue.
bought them and my hid from max Vision. in melbourne he is in the process of setting up a online store too.
/\ thank heaps
Had mine in for 2 weeks and no probs. Seem to match my 4300K HID well.
I actually ran the LED's for 6 hours from my 14v power supply at work to see if they'd melt but after a while they hit what seemed maximum temp without melting. The copper slug was too hot to touch, so the LED's aren't going to last the rated 50,000hrs but who cares
Here's a comparison I did... LED Park bulbs
Don't have any in-car photos yet, but will get some soon.
/\ and thanks for your comments - i will put them in this weekend
