4L60E I think

Hay Guys hope someone may shed some light on the situation I have the 4L60E 4sp Gear box in the VE in the mornings when I start the car I have like a low level grring sound in the motor or gearbox not sure which thought it may have been serpine belt but when i go from park to Reverse or Drive I get the GRRing noise as it goes into gear and then slightly again when accelerating until it heats up then goes away really annoying had no problems till now its just done 104000k's had the Auto Trans fluiud changed at 100,000 and still looks nice n pink used Castrol Dexron 6 any ideas wat it may be and will it be Warranty Covered maybe Cheers Guys hope u can help.

If it's still under warranty take it back if not go see a gearbox specialist. I know there scary and only have bad news but better now then later.

Yer looks like IM gonna have too see a gear boox speciallist AS our good mates at HOLDEN dont want anything todo with it coz they claim 4000k's out of warrantey. Thou when i purchased the car HOLDEN stated it came with a 5yr factory warranty but did not disclose k's others have said should be 175,000 and others 130,000 does 5year or 100,000ks seems a bit low anyone no anything different.
